Description
Billy Kane is my next entry to receive the "Hero Machine" treatment.
I tried to base his background on his appearance in "The King of Fighters '95" when he was part of the "Rivals Team" along with Iori Yagami and Eiji Kisaragi, which was set in a decrepit factory that was supposed to be in Southtown.
His design here though is largely inspired by his appearance in "Fatal Fury Special 2/Special" because I thought his Union Jack-patterned shirt was so cool.
